With more than 20 years of experience designing and leading corporate retreats, leadership development programs, and team-building experiences, Jered Cherry helps leaders strengthen communication, build trust, and align teams around strategy, culture, and long-term vision. An entrepreneur and operations leader, he has started and helped grow four businesses over the course of his career, serving in both founder and COO roles. This experience building organizations from the ground up informs his practical approach to leadership development, strategy, and team culture. Today, he partners with leaders in both the private and public sectors to design customized experiential retreats and trainings focused on strategic planning, emotional intelligence, resilience, and team culture. He holds a degree in Experiential Education from the University of New Hampshire and certifications in the Challenge of Change Resilience program and the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence framework.
