2026 Leadership Impact Program
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Leadership Impact Program is a comprehensive 10-session learning experience designed to equip current and aspiring public sector leaders1 with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to lead with purpose and impact.
Built by seasoned leaders with decades of individual experience in the public sector leadership roles, this in-person, 10-month program blends theory with practical application. The structure of the program and course topics are designed to provide an educational framework which fosters leaders to think more broadly, innovate, and inspire teams to deliver results for the communities they serve by focusing on some of the most significant themes and challenges our local agencies face.
Participants will be asked to bring a problem statement, challenge, or opportunity they would like to work on with them into the program. During the 10 months, participants will be placed into small groups with others who have shared interests, complementary experience, or can otherwise support/advise their fellow participants as they work through their individual endeavors.
In addition, each member will be offered three one-on-one coaching sessions during the 10-month period. These sessions will be designed to help define personal objectives based on individual needs, styles, challenges, and strengths, and further support the pursuits of their individual endeavors.
Perhaps the most valuable aspect of this program is the opportunity (and expectation) to network and develop working relationships with individuals outside of your immediate cohort and find ways to create greater value through collaboration.
