Robin K. Roberts, MFT has worked in county government for eighteen years, fourteen of which she’s been in the role of Behavioral Health Director. She is driven to find ways to create positive, growth centered work cultures within the sea of regulation, procedures, and all the other barriers government creates in an effort to protect the tax dollar. She believes that creating connection is the most powerful aspect of being a leader, and is looking forward to sharing ideas and methods so you can design a workplace you want to be in. She loves living in the Eastern Sierra, has too many dogs, and cooks a mean bbq.
